24-year-old Ryan Leonardo Santiago, the second eldest son of the veteran actor and comedian Randy Santiago had passed away last Sunday night, August 13, 2017. Relatives, friends and other people from the show business industry sent their condolences to the family of Randy for their loss.
Even the X-Factor Filipino edition judge Martin Nievera expressed his sadness over the passing of Ryan. He said in a Facebook comment: “It’s a very sad day.”
Though a lot of people are expressing their condolences, the family are to disclose any information related to Ryan’s passing. His remains were cremated this morning if August 14 and the wake will start at La Salle Greenhills chapel tonight.
Way back in 2015, Ryan was reportedly confined in the intensive care unit and underwent an operation due to a ‘fungal’ virus that somehow got complicated and was a unique disease that eventually took his life away die to complications. Kapamilya actress Claudine Barretto, former spouse of Randy’s brother Raymart, asked for prayers and support from everyone for the eternal repose of the young man. Even Dani Barretto, fashion vlogger and daughter of Marjorie Barretto, also pleaded for more prayers on her Instagram account for Ryan way back when he was under going complications. Dani actually considered Ryan as her best friend and the two were really close and that is why she was quite affected for his loss.
