One of the most loved Kapamilya celebrity couples were Angeline Quinto and Erik Santos when they were still together. It can be remembered long ago in a video of them in an airplane which was totally hilarious. They were in a plane and Angeline was quite annoyed as Erik was video recording her, she complaining about Erik charging his phone on her power bank. Angeline was totally frustrated as seen in her face as she scolds him. Then there was a text within the video that said: “Hayan! Galit na s’ya! Inubos ko na naman daw battery nya! *laughing emojis*” It was indeed one of the cute peeks of their close relationship.
Two people who can sing well together? My, what a tandem but it seems that timing was not right for the two and that is why they broke up. Recently, Angeline has broken her silence and spoken about her short-lived romance with the male singer. It was later revealed that they wanted different things in life, the two broke up. Angeline said that she wasn’t ready for the type of relationship Erik was ready for. Both of them had different priorities that’s why their relationship had to end.
In all honesty according to Angeline, she regrets that they had to split up because she knows that they really love each other. However she was not ready for Erik was, it seems that Erik was ready to get married and children considering his age. Meanwhile, Angeline was still young and wanted to prosper in the industry first which eventually lead to their break up.
That is why it has come to a shock to everyone, even Angeline when singer she knew of Erik’s friendship with Jamie-Lee Faulkner and was asked about it in a interview at Boy Abunda’s show, Angeline said she felt relieved when Erik admitted that Jamie was just a friend and added that Erik would have given her a heads-up if he is about to enter a possible relationship.
