Kapuso actress Kris Bernal took on her most challenging roles to date and that is being Nimfa and Rosette in the Kapuso afternoon drama, Impostora. Her dual character also paired her with two hunky, leading men, Rafael Rosell and Ryan Eigenmann. Twice the difficulty, but double the fun. In the teleserye, Kris as Nimfa is a street vendor with a horribly disfigured face, on the other hand beautiful Rosette is having an affair to escape her unhappy marriage. Rafael plays Homer, the unlucky husband, while Ryan is Jeremy, Rosette’s lover.
Eventually, Jeremy will cross paths with Nimfa to offer face reconstruction surgery. Nimfa says yes, only to find out that she was made to look like Rosette. In exchange for the favor, Nimfa has to take Rosette’s place in the household as the mother and wife of Homer.
During the show’s press conference, Kris talked about doing love scenes with her leading men because after all, being the Impostora had more than one love scene that will surely fire up the afternoon TV screens. According to the Kapuso actress, “good kisser” and “handsome” are what best describe Rafael. She also sheepishly admitted that she was ticklish during their love scenes while doing it with him.
According to the Kapusi“Hindi nga ako makatingin sa kanya nung una kasi parang ang gwapo niya, di ba. Kasi nakikiliti lang ako. Kasi may mga love scenes na parang di mo madaya, so kailangan mo talagang gawin,” she clarified. She also added, “Hindi naman sa may pagnanasa ako, ha, pero ang gwapo niya kasi pag nag- eye-to-eye kami, ako ang nahihiya.” What about her other leading man, Ryan?
Prior to shooting of the teleserye, Kris had workshops with Rafael and Ryan to put them at ease with each other. They had a couple of physical activities that included touching and caressing the body’s sensitive parts.
“Nag-workshop naman kami. Nung workshop namin, more on physical activities, so talagang tinry naming mag-make touch and all sa sensitive parts… hindi naman talaga sa pinaka-sensitive, pero yun parang wala lang din, haplos-haplos,” Kris said during the press con. Definitely the show is all sensual and enticing which is worth the watch.
