Fans are contemplating whether Anne Curtis leave the show business industry to focus on her family, once she got married and decided to settle down. Well, according to the actress the short answer is no. Despite the plans of getting married soon for her and fiance Erwan Heusaff, Anne Curtis denies the rumors of her leaving the showbiz industry. She said that because she loves working so much, she plans on continuing to do so even after marriage.
According to PEP who got an exclusive interview with the actress during her big reveal as the new Shiseido Collagen Ambassador. Anne said: “Oo naman, I don’t think na nasa personality ko kasi who would be the type to just be at home. My personality kasi, I’m so active and outgoing, and I love to work, so I don’t think so.” “Very much like, you know, how Hollywood brides are, hindi nag-iiba yung roles nila or whatever. I think, if ever, my path would be towards that, more than magse-settle down at mawawala. Parang mabu-bored yata ako.”
The actress sees herself continuing to pursue her career goals even after marriage. Anne likened herself to the Hollywood stars we know and love who continued to home and commit themselves to their craft even after getting married and having children. The actress says that it is not in her nature to be the stay in type of person and the only thing that will change is her last name.
Anne is very much excited for the future and her wedding. The actress is ready for the surprises that will come her way once she gets married to Erwan. She says that they are excited to travel together which means that any plans to have a child are currently being set aside.
Anne Curtis says, "Of course, spending the rest of my life with the person that I love and starting a new family together, I’m excited for all the surprises that will come my way. Erwan and I are not the type who will plan things out. We’re a very, like, happy-go-lucky couple. I’m excited lang to see maybe more of travelling along together.” “I think we focus more on travelling siguro before we decide. Everyone advised me, pag nagka-baby, nag-iiba raw talaga. Hindi basta-basta ka makaka-travel.”
