The alleged online war between Kapamilya actors Daniel Padilla and Paul Salas is not yet leaving the big picture. Last Tuesday night, August 15, the Twitter world were blown away as Daniel challenged the Paul on a basketball match. This was after a Facebook comment written by Paul which drew attention among the massive fans of the ‘teen king’.
Other celebrities and television personalities took part in the issue by sharing their own opinions regarding the matter, such as HotSpot host and MOR DJ Jhaiho. In a thread, the radio jock said backstabbing is foul and Anjo Damiles, Daniel’s friend, also said a similar advice. Another friend of Daniel, Patrick Sugui, and a former Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) teen housemate tweeted, pertaining to Paul, that he and Daniel had a kind of friendship that was quite messed up.
Now Paul’s rumored girlfriend, Barbie Imperial, came to his defense and defended the actor against bashers and said that she got his back no matter what. Meanwhile, Karla Estrada, Daniel’s mom, did not leave comment over the issue and called for peace instead between the two.
Recently, action star Robin Padilla, Daniel’s uncle, spoke out on the issue as well. Everyone knows that the Padilla men are known for their guts and bad boy attitude. On his own Twitter account, he posted a similar statement to Daniel’s which is "Ano? Sagot." and the veteran actor also said: “Very wrong move bata.” Once again, the issue was revived and the online users who have seen Daniel’s tito’s tweet were astounded and people are indeed going through all over this issue.
