Kapamilya actress Angelica Panganiban once survived a dreadful tragedy back in 2013 when the peaceful province of Bohol was struck by a groundbreaking 7.2 magnitude earthquake that rocked the whole island into a disastrous pieces. There were hundreds of people who died in this tragedy and almost a thousand were injured. Angelica together with other cast of the now “Banana Split” were there to do a show when the earthquake occurred.
Now, the versatile actress expressed her thanks towards the Dantes couple, the “Primetime King and Queen” of the Kapuso Network, Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera-Dantes. For the couple gave Angge an unusual gift that you would never thought to give to anyone as a gift. It was a backpack for emergency goodies.
Angelica posted her thanks and the said backpack to her Instagram account and shared the experience that she had in Bohol. The actress told that she might have survived the tragic earthquake in Bohol but it seems that the trauma it brought her would be with her forever. She related her experience in Bohol as just recently, there are a number of earthquakes that were felt here in Manila where, Angelica said, many people or many of us live and that she and may all of us felt each and every one of the earthquakes. So we should be very much prepared at all times.
She then said that it is just a good thing that there are still kind people in this world as she tagged Dingdong and Marian in her Instagram post. Angge stated that the backpack that the couple gave her will not ever leave her side. The backpack actually contains all kinds of things that people will be needing in the time of tragedy. It has, flashlight, candies, snacks, first aid kit, medicines and it bag itself can be converted into a raincoat.
