Kapamilya stars Angel Locsin and Angelica Panganiban are two of the biggest actresses in the Philippine showbiz industry. They are the celebrities who are set to star in the heavy drama movie entitled “Wife Husband Wife”. However, before Angel accepted the role in the film, she set one condition: no slapping scene. In another interview, Angelica quickly set the record straight, that for the sake of formality and the request of her co-star.
This was contrary to the old issue that Angel and Angelica had a spat after shooting their scenes in the drama One More Try way back in 2012. Although they got off the wrong foot, Angel and Angelica are now close friends and has over come the misunderstanding between them. In fact, Angelica revealed that they both learned from the experience and are now professional than ever when it comes to scenes like those.
Angelica told reporters during the movie’s press conference that despite of what happened between them, they are thankful that somehow it happened because they learned from the experience and are now mature when it comes to drastic and conflict scenes like the ones they were in. She also said that she is very thankful for her friendship with Angel. The two even grew closer after their respective break-ups way back in 2016, where Angelica left a message for Angel on her birthday, that even though their friendship may not have a fairy tale beginning, it still has a happy ending.
