Dogs are considered to be a man’s best friend. True enough, for years now dogs have served their humans well with some of them even offering their lives for their owners. However, some humans just do not know how much their dogs are willing to give up just fir their sake. There are even people who treat their dogs as if they are objects that are incapable of having any emotion. Luckily, animals also have rights in order to protect them from any harsh punishment they will receive from their masters. That is why a recent case has gone viral immediately due to the inhumane act of two men to a poor dog.
Recently, two men were arrested for cutting off their own dog’s ears. The men, who were identified as Hasan Kuzu and Neset Yaman who even took a photo of the incident showing both of them holding each piece of the dog’s ears in their hands. According to the two men, that was the punishment that their dog received after not winning a dog fight they had joined together with their dog. There was even a video of the brutal incident that was also uploaded along with the photos, but now that video together with the pictures had been taken down.
The two men had been arrested since the day of their crime and are only allowed ti bail if they could pay the fine worth $1,150 themselves. The authorities now have looked for the poor dog whose ears have been cut off but failed to do so. They believe that the tragic incident which happened to the dog happened in the municipality of Isparta, Turkey. A petition has also been filed by worried dog lovers to close down the dog fighting ring fir the sake of the other dogs that may have been treated poorly in the same manner. Shortly after their request, the authorities have successfully busted the illegal dog ring and rescued a number of fighter dogs in the process.
