Despite all the horrible things that are happening to Vhong Navarro right now, he can still fight and be strong because of his wife Tanya Bautista who has been there for him through thick and think.
With the issues and cases that Vhong is facing right now regarding the third rape case against him filed by Deniece Cornejo who reportedly accused him of rape due to the incident that happened last January 2014 in Forbeswood Condominium in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
He made a statement in an interview with Boy Abunda where he said, “Talagang hindi niya ako pinabayaan. Hindi niya muna inisip sarili niya, kung ano’ng mararamdaman niya, kung ano’ng magiging reaction niya. Siyempre, pumunta po ako, e. Ang iniisip niya ako parin, e.” “Sobrang humingi po ako ng tawad, na sana bigyan niya pa ako ng chance. Gusto ko sabihin sa kanya — hindi ako r******. Hinding-hindi ko magagawa ‘yun.”
“Kinausap ko din po ‘yung mommy niya at mga kapatid niya. Humingi din po ako ng tawad sa kanila. Nakakatuwa din po na pinagbibigyan po nila ako, parang second chance.”
Through all the hardships, Tanya has always been there for him since the start and she never left his side. Vhong was very emotional in any interviews that he has gone through, when they started asking about his all-supportive wife Tanya. The two are now happily married for 9 years now and despite all his flaws and vices, Tanya never left his side. With that, Vhong said that their relationship has been stronger than ever.
