Last Sunday, July 23, Congressman Alfred Vargas renewed his vows to Yasmine Espiritu, at the Manila Cathedral. The couple's friends from the entertainment industry and politics were together with them to partake in their matrimony.
Some of the prominent personalities that were spotted at the wedding were Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte, Vice President Leni Robredo, Senator Mar Roxas, Dingdong Dantes, Diana Zubiri-Smith with husband Andrew Smith, Francine Prieto, Seiko Film's Robbie Tan, Lolit Solis, Jojo Gabinete and GMA's Senior VP for Entertainment Lilybeth Gomez Rasonable.
But two of the guests of the couple were the talk of the day. Mayor Herbert Bautista and Kris Aquino were reportedly invited as well, that is why people anticipated their meeting at the wedding. However the two did not get the chance to have a photo together because the two were far apart from each other and Kris arrived late for the wedding.
As people thought they might have the chance to meet at the wedding reception, the two however went home as soon as the ceremony was over. This was about time that Kris made her controversial photoshoot while wearing her expensive gown submerged in the pool with Bimby at the background.
