Rumors are going around that Liza Soberano and Daniel Padilla are to be paired for the much-awaited superhero film of the year which is "Darna".
Last July 11, Liza gave the people a sample shout of Darna's battle cry. Darna is considered as one of the most iconic superheroines which are proudly Pinoy and has countless remakes.
According to sources, someone close to Daniel suggested that the young actor should be paired with Liza, while the KathNiel love team are being watched on television. This is for the young actor to have the opportunity to venture new projects as for a way to develop their own solo career just like what happened to John Llyod Cruz, Gerald Anderson and Piolo Pascual who are respectively good versatile actors as they were trained through various projects.
This is also a strategy to avoid the losing of hype for both of the love teams. With fresh new projects, people can see how versatile and good of an actor they are individually despite not being with their used to love team. Despite the rumored switching, their are no official statements to support this matter but fans doesn't have to worry for they are just doing this to help display the flexibility of the actors and doesn't have the intention to ruin the beloved love teams.
