For the actress, who is also a singer and a television host, Karla Estrada is the mother of Kapamilya Star Daniel Padilla whom she had at age 20; her son's father, Rommel Padilla, was not present at their son's birth. Estrada brought Daniel to see his father in prison three years later. She had three more children, Jose Carlito, Margaret and Carmella from different fathers.
Karla had to multi task everything on her own while raising her 4 children. She had no time to dwell on the fact that she had no partner to lean on and help her, all she could think of was how to pay her monthly bills. She had her first child, Daniel, at the peak of her career however, never did she regret the choice she made. She loves her children above all and would do anything for them just like any mother would do.
According to Karla, she was never a strict mom. She would allow her children to anything they want responsibly. She might have long lectures at times, but her children always listens to her and loves her equally as much as she does. Now Karla is proud to say that her second eldest son is about to graduate from college.
Karla's second eldest son, Jose Carlito Ford Padilla (JC), is a graduating student of the course Civil Engineering. Karla could not have been proud enough that one of his children is now about to graduate, the sense of fulfillment of enabling your children graduate from college. She shared the good news all over her Instagram account and during her morning talk show "Magandang Buhay".
