The SUV of Kapamilya actress Jolina Magdangal, where she, her husband and child together with their driver were caught up in an accident at East Avenue, Quezon City earlier this morning.
According to the driver of the actress, Orly Sebolino, he was driving the Mitsubishi Montero togther with Jolina's family at around 1 AM. As they were about to exit EDSA, they stop at a stoplight in front of Philippine Heart Center when a Nissan Urvan make its way to hit the car they were riding. With the huge impact, both cars were heavily damaged.
Meanwhile the passenger of the van Miriam Bondoc also made a statement regarding the accident. According to her, Peter Sevilla the driver of the van they were in, fell asleep as he was driving going to Makati.
Orly, Jolina's husband and child were alright and didn't suffer from any injuries. However Jolina had a minor lump in her head due to the impact.
On the other hand, Sevilla the driver of the van suffered from minor injuries due to the impact of the vehicles as he was stuck in between. Meanwhile, his passengers are safe and none was injured.
Jolina and her family were rushed to the St. Luke's Medical Center immediately and are now in good condition.
