He is none other than Willie Revillame who is a television host, singer-musician, songwriter, businessman, actor and comedian. Here are some other interesting facts about Willie:
Wilfredo Buendia Revillame is his full name and he was born on January 27, 1961.
* He was married to Liz Almoro in Lipa, Batangas in a civil ceremony in 2005 and was later wed in a church in June in the same year. But in 2008, their marriage was annulled.
* He was also married to actress Princess Punzalan.
* Before he became popular in the show 'Wowowee', he was a host of GMA's 'Lunch Date' which was a noontime variety show with Randy Santiago.
* He is also a business man who invests his money in real estate. He owns a building near ABS-CBN’s studios known as Wil Tower Mal, he also formerly owned restaurants like W Bar and Wil Steak Town at Wil Events Place which was located close to the Wil Tower Mall.
* He has been in several films back in the 90's and 2000's as an actor, where his most successful film was 'Pera o Bayong' which was released in 2000.
* He has been marred with a controversy that happened at the PhilSports Arena while he was hosting Wowowee, where a stampede followed. Fortunately, all criminal charger filed against him were dropped by the Department of Justice (DOJ).
* The Commission on Human Rights opened up an investigation of the program in March 12, 2011 where he repeatedly ask a young boy to do a macho dance.
* After the 9 months from the very first episode of his show 'Wowowin' in the GMA Network, the show ended but was later back on air.
* He has been in various networks like ABC, PTV, IBC, RPN, PTV, ABS-CBN, and TV5. Currently, he is part of the Kapuso Network (GMA).
