Breaking news just in, the grand champion of the revival talent show in the 50's 'Tawag ng Tanghalan' of the Kapamilya Network, Noven Belleza was arrested for alleged rape. Noven won the talent show with his heart melting performance of an AirSupply medley.
He captivated everyone's heart with his voice and inspiring story of his perseverance to achieve his dream despite his poor status.
That is why it has come to a state of shock that Noven was arrested in Cebu for rape yesterday, Sunday, July 16 which was confirmed by Chief Inspector Jacinto Mandal Jr., who is the head of the Mabolo Police Station in Cebu City who had an exclusive interview with PEP.ph. According to the inspector, he is not allowed to share the details, for this a private crime and they are not allowed to give the specifics unless given the authorization of the victim.
All that he could state was, we all know who the suspect is. The victim together with her however were just infornt of the Chief Inspector while the interview with PEP.ph was ongoing. The victim was just 19 years old and is a local performer their as well.
Noven was arrested at IEC Pavilion, Barangay Mabolo, after he guested at Vice Ganda's concert in Cebu. According to the victim, she never thought that Noven could do that to her for he was so kind and treated her nicely.
But in the end, he showed his true colors and the victim won't let the issue slip away. Her family will also pursue this case in court, for according to them, Noven won't have another opportunity to do this malicious act to someone else and to gain justice to what has happened to their daughter.
