In this world full of war, villains, and troubles, there are still many people hoping and praying for a miracle to happen.
A miracle – a miracle that would somehow ease our pain and agony in our daily lives.. A miracle that would prove that humanity still exists and there are still good people living, willing to help other people and a miracle that would save us from the darkness and hatred that is currently destroying ourselves and our world.
The only one that we know would make all these miracles possible is – our savior and protector, our Lord Jesus Christ. Back in September 11, 2001, a shocking event happened which killed thousands of people. A bombing happened in the World Trade Center, seemingly secure super power, which became the primary face of terrorism.
It is also known that United States of America is one of the most influential and powerful countries in the world. Until now, the America is still haunted because of the massive number of casualties, over 6,000 people are injured, and 2,500 people died.
Al Qaeda which was led by Osama bin Laden was the mastermind of the said attack. Now, the unforgettable painful memory caused by 9/11 attack still emerges over the people of United States, most especially the grieving families of the victims in the horrendous attack. The families of those lives were taken in 9/11 attack still continue to hold a vigil yearly dedicated for their loved ones who died.
On last year’s tribute, a surprising glimpse of an image that resembles Jesus Christ showed up in one of the pictures captured by Rich McCormack a freelance photographer. McCormack captured the pictures in Hoboken at a waterfront throughout a festival which was also a part of memorial rites and commemoration for 9/11 attack. For several years, he’s been taking photos for the documentary of the event but it was his first time to see something like this.
On top of a light beam extended towards the sky, the image of Jesus Christ showed up. The light beam symbolizes a remembrance for the people whose lives were taken in the 9/11 attack.
The image of Jesus Christ was posted online which caused a debate for many people. Some believed that this miraculous image that appeared was a clear presentation of God’s grace. However, some wasn’t convinced that it really happened and believed that it was only an edit to fool and control the believers
