His hard work pays off as he continuously works hard for everything, now he shows off his 5th property located in Cavite which currently is his and his mom’s rest house.
According to Boy ‘’this is the first and hopefully the last time that he will allow media to see his private property as not because he don’t want to but because it is the private place of his beloved mother.

On the first floor you can see different artworks of mostly Filipino artists, at second floor you will be mesmerized by a beautiful set of tables and chairs made by international artist Kenneth Cobonpue and lights by Luisa Robinson.
