Loyal supporters of the ‘’Queen of all Media’’ Kris Aquino waited for her come back in her new station GMA 7 which she was given a show called ‘’Trip ni Kris’’ the TV show was a two hour travel special which features the summer destinations and the tourist spots in the province of Nueva Ecija however her TV show could be a one time TV special only because of her misunderstanding with her director but the show gained a lot of compliments from netizens fans and even become a trending topic online and garnered 16.6 thousand tweets on twitter.
The TV show shared the same timeslot with the late night show in ABS CBN Vice ganda’s GGV. According to statistics GGV’s hashtag #GGVWinnerSaSaya gathered only 6,315 tweets but the ratings were still higher than Trip ni Kris.
Kris was very thankful for the support she received from her viewers and fans, she stated ‘’hindi nyo lang alam how your faith in me and your effort to watch my return to TV has given my heart so much joy. I am now exercising every ounce of self control to not share with all of you my extraordinary good news.’’
