The perfumer Joel Cruz shows off his luxurious 3 storey mansion in Batangas, the land area is 1995 sqm he stated that he started first in 65 sqm and he decided to extend hi house for his family. First he showed his lobby area which has 2 different comfort rooms for girls and boys and an electric fireplace that seems to be real but not.
Next they went to the scenic elevator to go to the second level Joel said that the elevator costs 1.4Million while going up you can see his iconic bottle shaped swimming pool which has his initials on the tiles.
The gazebo catches the eyes of the guests which are made of rocks and polyester while sitting on his comfortable chairs you can enjoy the beautiful view in Batangas. Joel also stated that he is the one who decorated his interiors because it was always been his passion.
