Rumors about Kapamilya actress Angel Locsin and film producer Neil Arce had been circulating all over the internet for months now. It seems that the two had been really close friends for years now and this is according to a post dine by Neil for Angel on Instagram when he greeted the actress for her birthday.
For the past months, the two had been pretty vocal on going on about what is happening to their friendship on social media. Last July, the film producer was spotted accompanying the actress to the hospital. Neil Arce is actually the previous boyfriend of the Kapamilya actress Bela Padilla, however they got involved into certain controversies ten after some time they had a break up with the actress and now he is being linked to actress Angel Locsin.
Recently the two was spotted on an event where there were other celebrities with them as well. In the video, the comedian Vice Ganda was the one holding the camera and was taking a video all over the bunch of people he was around. In the video, Angel and Neil were spotted together, but as soon as the camera made Angel's way it seems that she tried to avoid the camera.
Well the real deal between the two is still not sure, however most of the supporters of Angel Locsin were so happy and in delight that she has finally found a guy who would be with her to support her and make her happy to the level that she deserves.
