The Kapamilya love team Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, or more commonly known as “KathNiel,” have fans all over the Philippines going crazy over them. Each time they have a concert or a meet & greet with their fans, the crowd always goes wild for them and it is always packed. Knowing them by past events, you would know that these two rarely snub their die-hard supporters and try to accommodate them as much as they can. However, one of their fans recently claimed that Daniel is not a good person at all because he allegedly shouted at him during an event despite being a die hard fan.
In a long Facebook post by the alleged KathNiel die-hard fan named Chichay Reyes, she narrated how Daniel Padilla shouted at him when he asked the star for a photo together. According to this die hard fan, he went to the opening of District 8 restaurant at Greenhills where Daniel is a co-owner along with other famous celebrities and personalities.
Because he really wanted to see his two idols, he decided to wait for them by the staircase since that is where they were supposed to pass by. When the time finally came that Kathryn and Daniel went down the stairs, they were welcomed by a hoard of screaming fans who all wanted a glimpse of these two celebrities. As mentioned, Reyes was waiting for them by the staircase and when he saw the chance, he took it and asked Daniel to have a picture with him.
However, KathNiel fans defended Daniel and told Reyes that he was exaggerating the incident. Reyes mentioned in his post that Daniel shouted, “Hoy! Malalaglag kami ano ba?!” while fans didn’t hear anything in the video of Daniel saying “hoy.” In the video, Daniel could instead be heard saying, “Ma’am, malalaglag kami.” Some even said that if he was a true fan then he would know that in that situation probably anyone would react that way.
