Recently, a Jeepney Love Story has emerged in which everybody is talking about, where it has brought everyone to conclude that being in a relationship takes work and it is not all fun and games. Sure, there are days full of bliss and happiness as you spend your time on dates hand-in-hand with your significant other. But what most young couples don’t realize is that bad days will come as well. That’s why you have to be a supportive partner in order to have a good relationship otherwise things can get abusive.
One unfortunate thing many young couples don’t realize is that abuse, whether at the hands of a man or a woman, is inexcusable. Such was the case when this young couple was caught on camera punching, slapping, hair-pulling and cursing at each other while aboard a jeep!
It’s unclear why the two of them were fighting. What was clear was that the young man’s patience was running thin as his girlfriend kept slapping and kicking him. Eventually, the man finally had enough and started fighting back. You can hear the young man screaming at his girlfriend as he pulls her hair, “Nababaliw na ako sayo bhe!”
Perhaps those two should consider breaking up. Hair pulling, slapping, and name calling are obviously not signs of a healthy relationship. It’s called abuse and both of them aired out their dirty laundry in public for all to see. This #JeepneyLoveStory might not have a happy ending and we should learn from this situations to make better choices.
