With that, singing sensation Charice Pempengco or should we say, Jake Zyrus as his new identity is her first step into taking the road of becoming a full-fledged man.
Jake already underwent top surgery for a breast reconstruction surgery. Jake is currently taking intravenous testosterone booster in order to achieve man-like features. The booster made his voice deeper and helped him grow a mustache. He is also pleased with the positive feedback from his very supportive fans throughout this journey.
According to an interview with Jake by News 5, he said, "I'm so happy kasi sobrang- hindi sa ano- pero maganda. I know hindi pa ako nagpapa-sex transplant, pero I feel complete".
"Masaya ako, pero nahihiya ako. Hindi pa rin kasi ako makapaniwala. Kasi parang dati- and I'm sure madaming nakakrelate na transmen there- siyempre kung hindi ka pa nagkakaroon ng bigote, minsan nagdo-drawing ka pa sa mukha mo, kasi yun yung pangarap mo." Jake added.
Even though change for Jake is starting, he regrets nothing because finally he felt that his rightfully in the right body he was supposed to be in. He may night hit the high notes anymore, but he proved that he still has talent when he showed off by singing his former hit song "Pyramid" in the interview with News 5.
