VHONG NAVARRO FINNALY TALKS ABOUT THE VIRAL POST OF DENICE'S LAWYER!!

Last Monday, July 10, 2017- veteran journalist Toy Calvento posted the third rape case affidavit of model Deniece Cornejo against Kapamilya actor Vhong Navarro for the incident which occured a few years back where the two were involved.

According to the affidavit of Deniece, Vhong forces himself to have intercourse with the model.  She also stated in the affidavit that she was drugged by the actor which lead him to successfully do his scandalous act.

Now Vhong Navarro finally broke his silence and sent a letter to Calvento regarding his doings of posting the affidavit of Cornejo. He sent the letter to Calvento last Wednesday, July 12, 2017 and it was posted by Calvento this Friday, July 14, 2017.

According to the letter that was sent to Calvento by Navarro, the third rape case against him was already dismissed by the Department of Justice (DOJ) almost a year ago. It was stated that a respective prosecutor already signed and agreed to it, for the reason that there wasn't enough basis for her claim against Navarro. The actor wished for everyone to know the facts first before speaking about the matter.

Navarro also talked about how Calvento spoke about him getting arrested. Accorsing to the actor, Calvento should have been reasonable and mindful about his statements for it affects everyone. Navarro fully claimed that he is innocent and is not guilty of anything. He wishes that soon enough, the truth shall prevail and his name will be cleared.

The actor's lawyer Alma Mallonga, also released a statement:
“We have, in fact, been urging the DOJ to dismiss the third complaint, for the same reasons that the first two complaints for rape filed by Deniece had already been DISMISSED by the DOJ itself and by the City Prosecutor of Taguig (Taguig OCP): the claim for rape was found to be unbelievable, illogical, ‘astonishing and incredible as it is contrary to human frailty.”
