Despite being separated, the used to be love perfect couple, LJ Reyes and Paulo Avelino are making sure to be good parents for their son Ethan Akio Reyes also known as Aki. Recently, Aki celebrated his 7th birthday. The party happened at Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan in Libis, Quezon City with a Batman superhero theme. Aki was even wearing a full Batman costume with a matching gigantic Batman cake.
Among the attendees are LJ’s family, friends, and Aki’s peers and classmates from school. However, Paulo was not sighted anywhere at the party at all. Every single family memeber, friends of Lj, peers and schoolmates of Aki, even Paolo Contis, the current boyfriend of Lj was present at the birthday party and helped organizing it, except Paulo Avelino. People speculated that either he did not show up or he did not totally show up.
When Lj was questioned of why was Paulo not present at the party all she had to say was that, she invited everyone who loves Aki and everyone they love. Paulo may not be there but hopefully she has done her best to make her son happy.
According to her, Paulo has not been very helpful with the needs of Aki, however Lj is doing her best to compensate over the lacking father figure in her son's life. She hopes that she has given everything that her son has ever wanted and needed and she would do anything for her son.
