In Philippine television, love teams are a huge thing. Being on screen, individual celebrities are brought together and become a so called love team. With that, a stronger foundation for both of the artists are formed. Sometimes these love teams, eventually turns into real life couples which attracts way more fans.
One of the most successful love team in the Kapamilya Network is the Kimerald, consisting of Kim Chui and Gerald Anderson who recently got back together for a project. The two met at PBB and had a special relationship.
According to an interview with Gerald with Boy Abunda way back in 2010 when he was asked if they had commitment he said, "Nagkaroon ba kami ng commitment? Hindi po. Hindi po kami boyfriend-girlfriend, but we had a special relationship".
Both had gone through different relationships with other actors in the industry. Eventually they broke up with their own partners and here are they now. Maybe destiny has really brought them back together.
In a recent mall show, the two were seen on stage performing a song. Then suddenly, Gerald went down on his knees and offered a sunflower Kim. Shockingly, she accepted the flower, continued singing and walked away from Gerald.
Maybe Kim was shocked with Gerald's gesture, but despite that they still continued the performance while smiling at each other.
Are they really getting back together? What were Gerald's intention of doing that? Is there really something going on between then yet again? Who knows, all we can do know is to let the magic happen and wish the best for the two.
