Love team between celebrities have been a thing since ages ago and one of the few most successful love teams in the Philippine entertainment business is the Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion pairing. They both dated and had a child which is KC Concepcion. But just like any other relationships, theirs didn't end up good and now they are happy with their own separate lives.
But with such a great live people wanted to see them back together again. Unfortunately, their most-awaited comeback movie under Star Cinema is cancelled where both parties agreed to postpone it due to their busy schedules.
People are speculating that the issue was on Sharon's side which was the cause of the cancellation of the movie. But according to Sharon with an interview with PEP, “I was not the one, I did not cause the cancellation. Let’s just put it that way,” she said. “Maybe [it’s because of] his schedule, I don’t know.”
The last movie that the two were together in was way back in 1992 for "Tayong Dalawa" in the big screen. Though Gabby hasn't spoken about the issue, the movie might be pushed through in 2018, so the fans doesn't have to worry because there is still a chance for their reunion.
Another speculated reason was because of the awkwardness that KC their daughter, might feel if the two were to do a comeback but the young actress hasn't spoken regarding the matter yet.
Although there will be no movie for Gabby and Sharon this year, the Megastar Sharon Cuneta will be having a movie witj another leading man that we might want to await as well.
