Charice Pempengco is now gone, and she is known to be Jake Zyrus from now on. For the past few days, Jake has been a hot topic with regards to his coming out as a transgender. With the changes in his name and perspective, he wanted to become a full pledged man. With one change after another, surely he is happy of where he is now.
Recently, Jake admitted that he has gone through mastectomy, or top surgery to flatten the chest. He also shared with everyone that he is currently taking hormone treatments to have man-like features like a mustache and to stop bodily occurrings of a woman in order to be a full fledged transgender man. Due to his testosterone hormonal treatment, his menstruation had completely stop and is now growing facial hair.
He even said that he is considering sexual reassignment surgery in the future in an interview with ABS-CBN. But before that major surgery, he has to be fully ready with the circumstances that he has to follow in order to go under it. With him take the hormonal treatment for almost two months, even his voice has began to change. With these changes, he is completely over joyed because now he feels right in his own body compared to in the past.
