He is one of the most the famous, influential and well-respected rapper in l the Philippines, none other than Andrew Ford Valentino Espiritu, better known as Andrew E., who has plenty of record-breaking songs under his belt, in which his most famous probably is “Humanap ka ng Panget" which was his 1990 debut single.
He has also produced a number songs for other talented rappers who wanted to follow in his footsteps such as the rap group “Salbakuta” who made one of the most popular Filipino rap songs of all time, “Stupid Love”. He has starred in numerous movies and TV shows, showing that he is truly a multi-talented and versatile entertainer.
But Andrew E’s appeal is not just local, in fact he has held a number of concerts outside of the country where he has won several awards during his career, including the 2010 PMPC Star Awards’ “Rap Album of the Year” for his album “Clubzilla.”
Now Andrew E. has lay low from the industry and has been happily married for about 17 years to his wife Mylene Espiritu. The two produced theee well-loved children named Fordy (15), Jassley (10), and Ichiro (5). His eldest Fordy is a huge fan of basketball, Jassley is a school achiever and Ichiro the baby of the family is just the cutest among the bunch. Andrew E is now happy being the father and husband full-time to his family.
