A SHAKEY'S EMPLOYEE WAS SHOT DEAD AFTER HELPING A WOMAN WHO WAS BEING ROBBED!!!!

Recently, a man died instantly as he shot in the head by a robber of the woman he tried to save. Crisanto Amoranto was a simple fast food employee on his way to work in Cebu City, as he was on the way he witnessed a woman being robbed by a man named Rolando Ybañez. Instead of just standing by doing nothingor taking out his phone to take a video or picture of what was going on like any other peraon would so, he made out of his way together with a tanod and intervened to help the helpless woman and stop the criminal act.

However right after the incident, the 34-year-old robber Rolando Ybañez somehow escaped, ran home to grab his gun and returned to the crime scene where he shot Crisanto Amoranto in the head ending his life instantly.

According to cebudailynews.inquirer.net, the acting police precinct chief in Parian, Senior Inspector Dexter Barsigo, said that Ybañez the robber now turned murderer,  willingly surrendered himself to the officials in Barangay Barsigo hours after the killing incident. After being taken into police custody for detention, he admitted that he attempted to rob a woman before Amoranto, who resided in Sitio Laray, Barangay Carreta, Cebu City, tried to stop him with the help of a tanod. He also admitted to running home grabbing his gun, returning to the scene and shooting Amoranto in the head.

Rolando Ybañez is being held now in police custody at the Parian police precinct while police ready charges for his crimes. According to his confession he will most probably be charged for murder as he admitted that he went home to fetch a gun to end the victim’s life, discharge of firearms for he used a gun to commit the crime this will constitute frustrated murder and robbery in general for his attempt to rob a woman by his own admission.

Even now that the suspect behind bars, one netizen who seems to be close to the victim still cries out for justice for the slain fast food worker. Penones Maglahus Roman is seeking justice from the Commission of Human Rights (CHR), who said that it is not part of their jurisdiction in his case. They are no longer responsible for prosecuting Rolando Ybañez, because that is the role of the Department of Justice. The role of the CHR is to prevent the Filipino people as a whole from being subjected to laws and actions by states or groups from human rights violations that are against their civil liberties, not for prosecuting petty criminals. They would only take role if it is according to their policies and jurisdiction.
