Sen. Grace Poe Llamanzares is a Filipino senator, businesswoman, educator and a philanthropist , she is the adopted daughter of Susan Roces and Fernando Poe Jr. served as the chairman of MTRCB from 2010 to 2012 and now Philippine senate since 2013 and also ran for presidency last election she placed third in the presidential race count.
However after all of these, Sen. Grace is a mother of three and a wife to his husband Neil Llamanzares, recently she shares her family home located in a gated subdivision in Quezon City. The house has an American traditional style with the touch of Asian modern aura.
The foyer is adorned with 2 vases and 2 metal sculptures first a ‘’sarimanok’’ and a mother and child statue by Abdulmari Asia Lmao and Ed Castrillo. The living room is like a pure art with high quality furnitures and earth colors are dominating the entire area with the grand piano and his father’s photograph on top.
Another photo showcases Grace’s family featuring his husband Neil her son Brian and her daughters Hanna and Nikka.
Her dining room is classy with antique aura vases were displayed at a big shelf also the crystal chandelier is truly elegant, frames are all over the area giving the dining room a classy and elegant space. The dining has a 10 seater wooden table that fits her family and also a golden mirror adds a high class touch on their entire dining area.
Her kitchen was designed as double L for according to feng shui there will be unobstructed flow of traffic and chi energy will continuously circulate also two work stations and very spacious for Sen., Grace who likes to cook for her family.
The second living room can be accessed through the dining area it is composed of two sofa and huge shelves of books photo frames and paintings , according to Grace she lacks wall space for her paintings that’s why she have the paintings stand on the floor.
The backyard pool measures 10 feet is perfect for her kids to enjoy and relax also she enjoys seating in a mini table and chairs at the side watching her family together.
More art pieces are seen at the second floor is it obvious that Grace is truly a fan of art, their family room has an L shaped sofa a wooden table and of course lots of photos and paintings .
Also her childrens room are shown and of course they designed it according to their likes, Hanna’s room is girly with stuffed toys and musical instruments while brains room is manly and black with captain America’s shield as an eye catcher.
