The Golden State Warriors took home Game 1 in the NBA Finals leading the series 1-0.
The first quarter of the game was super intense as Kevin Durant and Lebron James went head to head in a battle for the rim. The two star players kept the match close with the quarter ending in a score of 35-50, 13 of which came from Lebron.
It was in the second quarter when the Cavaliers started making errors, 10 turnovers with six coming from James. Taking advantage of these errors, the Warriors started closing the score gap and by the end of the first half they we're already leading 60-52.
Third quarter saw Steph Curry shine. With 14 points, the popular star led the Warrior's incredible 57.1 percent shooting accuracy.
The Cavaliers had a rough time getting back into the game much less winning it. The match ended with the Cavs trailing behind 91-113 points.
