Manny Villar is a Filipino Billionaire businessman, a former senator and a former president of nacionalista party. He was born in a poor family in Tondo selling shrimp and fish together with his mom but despite of these hardships he completed Business administration and accountancy course and graduate in University of the Philippines.
Now he is one of the largest homebuilder in southeast Asia with net worth of $1.5 Billion, and 13th place on Philippines top 50 richest Filipino according to Forbes.
On the other hand Manny shows off his rest house in Tagaytay. The theme of their luxurious house is Swiss, mostly artistic displays are found inside their salas and it is noticeable that the paintings hanged on the walls are flowers and nature more far different from their house in las pinas and the fort.
Manny loves his Tagaytay rest house so much that he even imported pine trees from New Zealand to recreate Baguio in his luxury property and more than 20,000 trees were planted just to create this cool breezy ‘’Baguio like’’ area.
The salas are noticeably bigger as they usually set meetings and company planning conferences there, also the scent was described as citronella that will make you feel like you were in the states. The flowery embroidered couches are very big comfy and cozy. Also old photos of them were displayed in the salas that made it look elegant and classic.
