JANICE DE BELEN SHOWS OFF HER NEWLY RENOVATED HOME AND IT LOOKS FABULOUS!! MUST SEE THIS!!

Our homes represent more than our financial assets, its more on our personality, taste, character, memories and expression.
Just like what Janice de Belen did to their family home, full of past memories Janice wants the home to be fully refreshed and still giving the entire home the aura of her childhood. With the expertise of Deng Gepanaga Arlene Andres and Dong Caritativo the house went through an overhaul after 2 years of renovation.

Living area
The living area is airy and very spacious at it gives the guest a relaxing homey feeling, the front door is classy showcasing the wooden door and the oversized port hole is truly an eye catcher. Janice wanted the living area to be clean simple and spacious that her interior designers did follow.
Aside from the wooden elements in the living area, art works of different artists is also seen giving the area a museum aura that can make you sit back and relax.
Dining area

The 8 seater dining table is just fit for the space provided showcasing the customized shelf on the wall with small appliances. There is also a big chalk board in the area where she can leave notes for her children and also can use to write thoughts when creativity strikes.
Kitchen

The kitchen is composed of stainless steel counter tops that will make you think of a cooking show or a cooking contest, she chose that because it is easier to clean and maintain instead of granite. Different kinds of mugs are placed on top of the window giving the kitchen unique design. Janice also stated that she don’t like keeping things into cabinets that’s why she came up with the idea of displaying it.

Work area
Her work space is neat and highly organized as she houses her collection of paintings by Robert Shook and other artist, also the magnet board is an eye catcher as it features Janice’s collection of giraffes and captivating magnet pieces.

Bedroom
Janice’s bedroom is quite simple but her bathroom looks classy with the glass partition between bedroom and the claw foot bath tub. Janice stated that she wants everything to be transparent that’s why she made her bathroom doors glass slides.
