Paul Jake Castillo is born in Baltimore Maryland but grew up in Cebu with his family, he is from an elite Chinese family, he joined Pinoy Big Brother in 2010 and placed as 2nd big placer next to Melai Cantiveros who won as the big winner.
Aside from his good looks Paul Jake captured the hearts of the viewers as he shows courage and dignity inside the house although he came from a wealthy family he is taught to keep his feet on the ground he treats everyone fairly also he knows how to do household chores despite of having four house maids.
If you’re going to ask how wealthy is Paul Jakes family? Well, aside from their house in Cebu they also own a rest house and a farm. His family runs a business involving products and goods like oil, bioderm, casino alcohol, holiday corned beef and they own International Pharmaceuticals Inc. their main office is in Cebu but they also have 14 branches nationwide.
Shocking isn’t it? But Paul Jake wanted to be independent that he actually sent himself to school in new Zealand and to finance his studies he put up a business of his own the ‘’ Yobob lechon de cebu’’ opened November 2012 the success of his business made him put up another branch in manila and now owns 4 branches.
Also aside from his successful career in business he also is a happy husband to his wife Kaye Abad.
