Parents are the ultimate role models of their children. Every move, word and action affects the child's way of life because whatever that they see from their parents, they will always perceive it as their guidelines in life.
But for this young 5-year-old girl from Vietnam, it seems the story is a bit different. The poor young girl was put into foster care after her biological parents was sent to jail in their hometown in Pho Tho province due to unknown offenses.
Addition to the tragic happenings to the young girl, her foster mother Nguyen Thi Phuong, was arrested for tying and hanging up the poor young girl by her wrists after her foster mother caught her stealing milk.
It seems that the foster mother operated a small supermarket where according to her the young girl had stole numerous of times. When she finally thought that the stealing has to stop, she hung the poor young girl a few feet from the ground in a pole of a building in Vinh Phuc Province for punishment.
The act was caught in a video whixh was uploaded online which alarmed the netizens in the country. Fortunately it also caught the attention of the local authorities and had the foster mother arrested for the violent act. On the other hand the foster father wasn't arrested for according to the investigation he had no idea or whatsoever to do with what her wife was doing to the child.
Fortunately short after that incident, the child's relatives took her from the foster parents.
