30 years of dedication and perseverance the 56 years old Romy Garcia successfully made his 5 children graduate in College. Starting his duty at 5am in the morning up until midnight Romy strive hard for his family. He aimed to earn 1000 pesos per day just to support his children’s needs with the help of his wife they save and they budget every coin.
Romy stated ‘’talagang pinaghirapan ko yon dahil yon ang talagang maiiwan ko sa mga anak ko, yong pagaaral nila. Yan ang hindi magagalaw ng kahit sino. Dala nila yan kahit saan sila mapunta’’
His eldest finished (ECE) electronics engineering, the other three finished education, management and computer science while his youngest finished IT.
His children were very thankful ang proud of him as he became their inspiration and guide along the successful path that they are taking.
Recently, in ABS CBN’s its ShowTime, as for sharing his story Romy was honored in the celebration for labor day also aside from recognition Romy received a new car .a business package, a kitchen ware package and a vacation treat.
