Mica Becerro 17, a teen singer from Surigao Del Norte flabbergasted the crowd and the coaches of the voice after showing her inerrant opera piece for her blind audition yesterday.
Mica sang an aria called ‘’Queen of the night’’ the coaches asked her why she chose to sing that kind of song, she stated that ‘’gusto ko pong mag inspire ng mga kabataan po na hindi lang mag focus sa iisang genre kundi mag explore pa po ng iba’’
The coaches then gushed over her performance to make her join to their team. Coach Sarah said that she wants a kid who is not afraid to be different and original. Coach Bamboo said that it was brave and amazing performance, Coach Sharon said that Mika has a very strong foundation in her training and she appreciates that kind of genre as her mom used to sing those songs.
Lastly Coach Lea shared her story about her losing her voice in Ms.Saigon and the classical technique saved her from that she said the Mika deserves the four chair turn and she is very happy to meet her.In the end Mika chose to be in Familea.
