James’ condo unit in BGC Taguig amazed the netizens as it transforms from a simple condo unit to a Luxurious home. After his breakup with Kris Aquino James stayed in a hotel but choose to find a place to permanently stay in.
With his Italian girlfriend/Partner Michelle Cazzola and their baby boy Michael James they decided to live in a condo unit instead of a town house for his and his family’s security and privacy .
According to Yes magazine, his condo unit is now like a hotel because of its modish style and classic aura, with two bedrooms and three bathrooms the touch of gray black and white furniture made it masculine.
Kim Policarpio is the team leader for his interiors and the one who decides for his customized velvet chairs for dining area. His kitchen is well equipped and very organized as well. His favorite part of his unit is the guest room where he feels relaxed watching his own plays on his Flat screen TV and a surround system. Also his California king sized bed with a master bathroom covered with glass doors completes the relaxation.
As an MVP with a lot of prestigious titles, His awards and trophies are arranged in a corner where he can view these achievements in his life. All of his hardships and effort are seen in this amazing fruit of labor.
