HOW TO STOP ‘’BASKIL’’ THIS SUMMER!! MUST WATCH!!

‘’Baskil’’ is a tagalong term used to describe wet underarms, this summer season the weather is extremely hot and stains on your shirt can really be embarrassing. Sweating is a natural response of the body to regulate internal temperature however in some people with overactive sweat glands in certain areas like armpits, feets or hands this  is a real misery.

Aside from heat, emotions can trigger excessive sweating and worse when bacteria is present this can cause body odor.

Tips on how to stop excessive sweating:

1.Use anti-perspirant – look for high aluminum content for aluminum temporarily blocks sweat glands. 10-25% is sold over the counter but if this is aint enough you may consult a dermatologist to prescribe you 30-45%.

2.Apply anti-perspirant after gaoing to bed.

3.Shower first before applying anti perspirant.
4.Massage into the skin.

5.Let the product stay while you sleep and apply second layer in the morning upon waking up.
6.Wear fabrics that let the skin breate like cotton linen or silk.

7.Avoid food that triggers sweat production like caffeine alcohol onions garlic etc..
8.See a doctor to rule out a possible medical condition

Stopping excessive sweating can improve one’s self confidence and self esteem. Don’t let sweating stress you and stop you from being care free.
