29 people were confirmed dead after a passenger bus fell and crashed into a gorge in Carrangalan, Nueva Ecija 10am this morning.
According to the Carrangalan Mayor Mary Abad, ‘’the road is very risky. There are many ravines along that road going to Abra’’ she also stated that the bus was carrying 60 passengers instead of 45 which is the official capacity range.
The bus fell 80 feet or 24 meters into the ravine because of break malfunction, the vehicle was totally wrecked and almost all of the passengers were found outside the bus both dead and injured.
