WAYS ON HOW TO PREVENT HEAT STROKE!!


Heatstroke or Sun stroke is a medical emergency it is a condition caused by your body overheating or severe heat illness  usually as a result of prolonged exposure to or physical exertion in high temperatures.

Although temperature is rising PAG-ASA (Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration) did not officially declared yet the onset of the dry season.



Here are some tips on how to prevent Heat stroke:

1.Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day

2.Do not expose yourself to excessive heat e.g. use umbrellas or hats for shade.

3.Avoid exposure by noon or afternoon



4.Eat drink cold beverages e.g. Halo-halo, ice cream

5.Relax and get some air.

6.Avoid wearing dark colored shirts

Prevention is better than cure. Take care everyone
