Rule out treatable underlying medical condition and avoid low sperm count.
1.Reduce heat exposure
heat can decrease amount of sperm production so hot baths, tight fitting jeans or underwear, and long periods of sitting might increase temperature and can cause low sperm production.
2.Reduce chemical exposure
avoid/reduce contacts to pesticides, plastics and industrial pollutants that mimics the effects of estrogen and give sperm poor quality.
3.Improve diet
eating plenty of fresh fruits legumes whole grains and vegetables can help boost fertility and avoid coffee, tobacco, alcohol and foods with artificial additives.
4.Exercise daily
regular exercise five times a week at least 45 minutes and a healthy diet can increase fertility according to American Society of Reproductive Medicine.
5.Take nutritional supplements
Vitamin C and Zinc are the most important vitamins needed to enhance fertility, (2000 – 6000 milligrams daily) helps prevent sperm from sticking together and increasing the chances for fertility.
