This heartwarming story is witnessed by a netizen named Mara Carmela who posted it on her facebook account. According to Mara she was walking around in a department store of a certain mall when she noticed that the staff was busy taking pictures of a foreigner who was with a sampaguita vendor.
The kind hearted foreigner then decided to buy him new shoes worth 6000 pesos and also want to buy new set of clothes for the kid so he would not need to go barefoot and wear torn clothes while offering sampaguita flowers to the people.
In exchange for his kindness the sampaguita vendor gives all of his sampaguita flowers to the foreigner.
